Transforming this typical subdivision house into a modern oasis was an engaging project for Ebersole Construction. A house like this, with an excellent location, needed to stand out. We started with changing the original vinyl siding and all vinyl windows. We replaced all existing windows with Black Andersen 400 series units and outfitted the entire house with James Hardie panels, setting it off with integrated metal channel trim. Seven-inch clapboards reveal Artisan cement board siding, also by James Hardie. In addition to the siding, we installed a flat rubber roof along with a metal clad roof over the front door to increase curb appeal. We re-surfaced the rear deck in Azek decking, installed cable rail, and added a triple exterior folding door.

The result was a functional, maintenance-free, modern-looking home matching this growing family's aesthetic and style. We love working on all types of homes, but we admit modern is our favorite!
