SUCCESS STORY
MANCHESTER-BY-THE-SEA HOUSE
This project marks the second chapter of a multi-year partnership in Manchester-by-the-Sea. Two years ago, Ebersole Construction completed Phase One by revitalizing a weathered property with a new detached two-car garage and a comprehensive insulation overhaul. The decision to move forward with this second phase is a proud testament to the trust established during that initial restoration.
The current transformation represents a total metamorphosis, evolving the residence into a sophisticated retreat designed for a vibrant new lifestyle. Working in collaboration with the architects at SV Design, the house was stripped and entirely resided in durable Allura fiber-cement siding. The interior underwent an extensive kitchen renovation and a substantial addition for an expansive primary suite, both featuring custom cabinetry meticulously crafted by Heartwood Kitchens.
To harmonize the property’s footprint, a new covered walkway now seamlessly connects the main residence to the garage, providing both sheltered access and architectural continuity. Every window and door was replaced with high-quality Marvin units to maximize efficiency and capture the coastal light. The result is a visual masterpiece that balances refined elegance with the functional freedom required for this exciting next stage of the journey.
A collaborative project with SV Design and Heartwood Kitchens.
