SUCCESS STORY
LAKE FRONT HOUSE
When Ebersole Construction was brought on the lakefront home the previous contractor were dismissed. Our team was able to finish the project under it's tight timeline, not compromises any details or design.
This home features stunning shou sugi cedar ceilings and maple floors. The exterior includes pre-painted cement board siding and a unique Japanese burnt cedar siding known as Shou Sugi Ban Vertical plank siding.
The house also boasts a spacious composite deck with cable railings and discreet lighting. To enhance sustainability, solar panels and backup batteries were installed. Inside, a geothermal HVAC system and a Span smart electrical panel with a car charger were implemented. The staircase showcases floating maple treads with under lighting and cable railings. The kitchen follows a Nordic flat panel design for a modern touch. Custom built-ins such as closet organizers and headboards were added throughout the house.
Both bathrooms feature floor heating and a curbless shower. Smart WiFi-enabled switches control the house's systems. We are thrilled to have been able to rescue this project within the designated budget, creating a perfect spot for our client.
