SUCCESS STORY

BEVERLY FARMS DESIGNER KITCHEN

This renovation breathed new life into an outdated kitchen that no longer served the functional or aesthetic needs of this growing young family. Seeking a space that matched the sophisticated character of the rest of their home, the homeowners required a complete transformation to align the heart of the house with their modern lifestyle.

Working in close collaboration with Lisa Ritchie Interiors for the interior design and Heartwood Kitchens for the custom cabinetry and layout, the space was reimagined to prioritize both flow and utility. To flood the room with natural light, a large, six-foot-wide Marvin window unit was integrated directly in front of the sink, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere for daily family life.

The reimagined space now features a series of bespoke architectural details that blend utilitarian needs with refined craftsmanship. A custom walk-in pantry was integrated to provide maximum storage, outfitted with handcrafted floating shelves that maintain a clean, modern aesthetic. Transitioning into the kitchen, A cabinet was recessed into an arched alcove in the entry hall and topped with an Oak counter. Matching floating oak shelves completed this entry nook.

The result is a highly practical, up-to-date environment that balances refined design with the durability needed for a busy household. We are proud to have delivered a space that not only meets the family’s functional requirements but serves as a beautiful, contemporary centerpiece for their home.
