This stately home on West Beach was in need of full-scale updating. With construction starting in 2017, we started by adding a new rear addition with an Ipe roof top deck along with a 26-foot folding accordion door with a retractable screen and extensive stonework to create a large rear elevated patio. We stripped all windows, siding, trim and sheathing from the entire house, which allowed for new wiring, spray foam insulation, and the installation of new plywood, boral siding, and Pella windows.

We completely rebuilt and modified an original curved historical window. With insulated glass, we made it a second-floor bump out overlooking the new deck. This very special detail received all new PVC, cedar curved interior and exterior cladding, and extensive copper work. We also remodeled the interior curved staircase, master bathroom, and new extensive built-in bookcases.

In 2019, this family welcomed Ebersole Construction back to gut and fully renovate an apartment over the garage, including a renovated kitchen and bathroom, with a rear addition including a rooftop deck. We added a carport with extensive exterior drainage, retaining walls, and paving work. We also took the time to remodel two kitchens and four bathrooms in the main house.
